About Brad Rostolsky

Brad Rostolsky has served as a partner with Reed Smith LLP in Philadelphia since 2006. As a health care transactional and regulatory lawyer, he manages all activities within the firm's Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Health Privacy and Security practice. Brad Rostolsky's clients range from pharmaceutical manufacturers to companies specializing in electronic health records.

Over the course of his time practicing law, Mr. Rostolsky of Ambler, Pennsylvania, has earned a number of awards and distinctions. He has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star on four occasions, most recently in 2015, and in 2010 he received Lawyers on the Fast Track honors from The Legal Intelligencer. A graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, Mr. Rostolsky is the co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Health Care Law Committee and a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
